Our initial vision manifested into reality in 2007 in OliveTree Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, India for providing reliable, efficient & cost-effective accounting and finance services to large, small, and medium enterprise(SME) segments.Since inception, we have been based in Bangalore, India, focusing on rendering innovative and customized solutions to our continually growing extended family.In Australia, OliveTree Consultants Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2013 to provide high-quality account and tax preparation services to accounting practices and CFO Support functions to CFOs in medium-sized businesses across Australia.

Sathya, the Founder and CEO of OliveTree Consultants, is a distinguished member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CPA Australia, bringing with him over two decades of post-qualification experience in providing expert advice and support to diverse businesses in India and Australia.
As a prudent leader, Sathya possesses profound domain expertise in Taxation and plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic and operational success of the OliveTree business.
Currently based in New South Wales, Sathya oversees clients in New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, and Northern Territory, while also managing operations in Bengaluru, India.

Chandrashekar Mahadevappa – B Com, CA
Chandrashekar is an accomplished Director of Operations and CFO, boasting more than 20 years of invaluable experience. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has successfully completed the CFO program at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management – Calcutta.
As a proficient finance executive, Chandrashekar holds extensive expertise in leading and managing finance operations for medium to large businesses, making him a key asset to any organization.
Based in Bengaluru, India, Chandrashekar plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the OliveTree business. His responsibilities extend to the comprehensive oversight of HR functions and Recruitment, ensuring a seamless and thriving workflow within the organization.
